This week, the children celebrated Remembrance Day by painting their own beautiful poppy. We have displayed our poppy painting in the window to remember all of the soldiers. We have also learnt about the famous artist "Kandinksky". We observed the colours and shapes that Kandinksky used in his painting and then enjoyed creating our own representation of his circle painting. We enhanced our learning of emotions through drawing faces with expressions on them eg, sad, happy. Well done children!
